Structures Project Manager
Trilon Group is a multi-disciplinary civil engineering firm seeking a Structures Project Manager to join their HMB team. The role involves leading the planning, design, and execution of structural engineering projects primarily in the transportation market, while ensuring project scope, schedule, budget, and quality control are met.

Responsibilities
Lead the planning, design, and execution of structural engineering projects primarily in, but not limited to, the transportation market
Manage project scope, schedule, budget, and quality control to ensure successful project completion
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, consultants, and stakeholders
Provide technical expertise in structural analysis, design, and materials selection
Oversee and mentor a team of engineers, designers, and drafters
Ensure compliance with applicable codes, industry standards, and regulatory requirements
Develop, review and approve project documentation, reports, and specifications
Identify and mitigate project risks while resolving technical challenges
Support business development efforts, including proposal preparation and client presentations
Provide clients with technical support and subject matter expertise on transportation structures related issues
Conduct appropriate cost-benefit analyses for assigned projects
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Structural or Civil Engineering
Professional Engineer (PE) or Structural Engineer (SE) license required
15+ years of experience in structural engineering and project management
Proven track record of managing structural projects
Strong proficiency in structural analysis software (e.g., OpenBridge/LEAP, MIDAS, OpenRoads, MicroStation)
Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Experience working with cross-functional teams, clients, and contractors
Project and/or client management experience is required
Ability to guide junior staff as well as participate in the design and detailing of all aspects of small- to large-scale structural projects of varying technical complexity
Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook, Teams
Excellent verbal, written, interpersonal communication, as well as time management skills
Strong sense of urgency and self-initiative to meet client needs and deadlines, as well as other assigned project parameters
Detail-oriented team player with an ability to contribute to a positive work environment
Preferred
Experience working in multiple states is a plus
