Legal Recruiting Intern
Foley & Lardner LLP is a leading Am Law 50 law firm that values unique perspectives and experiences. They are seeking a Legal Recruiting Intern to support the Legal Recruiting team with administrative tasks and special projects related to the summer associate program.

Responsibilities
Provide administrative support to the firm’s Legal Recruiting team across multiple offices
Assist with summer associate program initiatives
Reserve conference rooms, create and distribute event invitations; track event RSVPs; prepare event nametags; help coordinate logistics for video conference or in-person meetings
Help coordinate firm-sponsored social recruiting events as needed
Assist with the national training programs for summer associates
Input summer associate projects into the work allocation database
Compile various reports as needed
Collaborate on special projects as assigned throughout the summer
Qualification
Required
HS Diploma or equivalent required
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) and Adobe Acrobat Pro
Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask
Preferred
Minimum of six (6) months experience in a legal or professional services office environment preferred
