Responsibilities

Support interns and mentors with posting projects, reviewing candidate eligibility, sending offer letters, hosting orientation, organizing tours, and hosting regular office hours
Serve as the agencywide Onboarding Lead, collecting and auditing onboarding documents, emergency contact information, and project plans for interns
Familiarize with Power BI dashboards for tracking and reporting submission progress
Learn Power Automate for configuring a Welcome Letter Automation for candidates who accept internship offers
Work with HX5 team members around the country and a NASA Center Lead at AFRC, while having a high capacity for self-directed work

Proof of U.S. Citizenship or US Permanent Residency is a requirement for this position
Must be able to complete a U.S. government background investigation
