Responsibilities

Strategic Account Development: Deepen engagement with core strategic clients including Google (Pixel products) and Microsoft (Surface laptops, Xbox) to secure new design wins. Actively develop new business with Meta, Amazon, Dell, HP, and emerging Silicon Valley hardware startups
Technical Liaison & Solution Delivery: Serve as the primary technical interface, accurately capturing and translating North American client requirements, system architectures, and product expectations to ensure alignment with overseas R&D teams (primarily based in Asia)
Market Insight & Trend Leadership: Monitor market and technology trends across smartphones, laptops, wearables (AR/VR glasses, audio glasses, game controllers), and AI robotics to identify new opportunities and align product roadmaps with market needs
End-to-End Sales Cycle Management: Own the entire process from initial technical engagement, proof-of-concept, and design-in to commercial negotiation and project execution, directly driving revenue growth and customer satisfaction
Cross-Functional Project Leadership: Manage complex, cross-regional projects involving R&D, quality, and manufacturing teams to ensure on-time, on-spec, and on-budget delivery
Market & Competitive Intelligence: Gather and communicate key market insights and competitive analysis to inform product strategy and positioning

Required

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field
Minimum 5 years in technical sales, business development, or field applications within the consumer electronics industry, with deep expertise in acoustics, haptics, actuators, VCMs, or motors
Strong understanding of system design, hardware architecture, and end-product applications in consumer electronics
Demonstrated success in acquiring new customers and expanding existing accounts within the North American market, particularly with leading technology companies
Established relationships within the Silicon Valley hardware ecosystem, especially with top-tier consumer electronics and technology firms
Excellent cross-cultural communication ability, capable of coordinating effectively between overseas engineering teams and local client expectations
Strong presentation, proposal writing, negotiation, and project management capabilities
Full professional proficiency in English
Willingness to work across time zones and travel up to 25% as needed

Preferred

Proficiency in Mandarin is a strong plus
