Required
Strong knowledge and experience in Acquisitions and Investments
Proven Analytical Skills with the ability to conduct market research and financial modeling
Expertise in Finance and Due Diligence processes for real estate or investment projects
Proficiency in creating and implementing complex real estate strategies and proformas
Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
Familiarity with regulatory requirements and industry trends in commercial real estate
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Real Estate, Business, or a related field
Preferred
Prior experience with multi-million-dollar transactions is highly desirable
