Responsibilities

Support senior bankers in identifying revenue opportunities and tracking market trends for private equity clients
Maintain proprietary databases tracking sponsor portfolios, fundraising activity, and market opportunities
Prepare strategic buyer lists for M&A pitches and mandates
Serve as a deal team analyst on M&A and leveraged finance transactions (e.g., CIMs, lender presentations, offering memoranda)
Create FSG marketing materials and assist with client meetings, pitches, and follow‑ups

Required

1+ year of investment banking, consulting, or financial services experience

Ability to manage multiple workstreams and operate independently in a fast‑paced environment
