Engage shoppers, spark conversations, and introduce them to our premium window and door solutions
Generate leads by converting customer interactions into in-home consultation appointments
Set up and maintain professional displays
Qualification
Required
18 years of age or older
Have a smartphone
Have reliable transportation—this role requires travel between Waltham, Dedham, and Nashua
Can lift up to 40 lbs — setting up displays is part of the job
Are comfortable on your feet — you'll be standing and moving around during your shift
Preferred
Love starting conversations — you're naturally outgoing and enjoy connecting with new people
Can handle rejection with confidence — you know that every 'no' gets you closer to a 'yes.'
