Responsibilities
Deliver high-quality, maintainable code that addresses real-world contract processing challenges
Lead end-to-end projects, from gathering requirements and architectural design through implementation, testing, and production deployment
Develop workflows that leverage AI to improve operations
Contribute to system architecture and design, especially where AI, automation and operational scale intersect
Mentor engineers and uphold global standards of excellence in software craftsmanship
Prioritize robust, production-critical systems with strong validation, monitoring, and support mechanisms
Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure solutions align with system design, operational needs and end-user impact
Stay up to date with the latest trends and technologies in the software engineering industry to identify new opportunities and drive innovation
Qualification
Required
Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, related or equivalent experience
Minimum 5 years of professional experience (6+ years preferred)
Mastery of object-oriented programming principles (any language: C#, Java, Python, C++, etc.)
Proficient in building RESTful services (any OOP backend: .NET Core, Spring Boot, Django, etc.)
Experience with large language models, AI agents, prompt engineering, and AI platforms (e.g. OpenAI, HuggingFace, LangChain, LlamaIndex, etc.)
Proficiency in rigorous software development practices, including version control, code reviews, CI/CD pipelines, monitoring, and logging
Proficient in backend development fundamentals, including SQL databases, vector databases
Familiarity with projects in front end technologies like React, Angular, HTML, JavaScript, CSS, or similar
Excellent interpersonal communication skills and a demonstrated ability to lead technical initiatives from concept to production
Preferred
6+ years of professional experience preferred
