Responsibilities
Own full-cycle direct hire recruiting for assigned client roles
Post jobs and actively source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and outbound hunting
Review resumes, conduct candidate phone screens, and manage recruiting pipelines
Present qualified candidates to clients and guide them through the interview process
Partner with clients to navigate candidate feedback, offers, and hiring decisions
Support offer creation, negotiations, and confirmation of start dates
Track recruiting activity and progress toward performance goals
Qualification
Required
High school diploma
1–3 years of recruiting experience or strong sales/customer-facing experience
Comfortable with high-volume outbound phone and email outreach
Strong communication, organization, and time-management skills
Coachable, accountable, motivated, and not afraid to jump all in
Ability to work independently in an in-person office environment
Preferred
college degree
