Responsibilities
Oversee and manage activities of assigned programs/projects
Act as the primary contact for both internal and external stakeholders/customers
Maintain and review status of project activities to ensure cost, schedule, and technical commitments are being met
Assess project/technical issues and develop corrective actions to meet productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction goals and objectives
Conduct technical analysis of product implementations, modifications and enhancements in accordance with customer specifications and design requirements
Lead status review sessions with internal management and customer to discuss status of project cost, schedule, and technical performance
Develop and maintain schedules, risk registers, lessons learned, status reports and other project documentation to document project execution and performance
Monitors status of procurement and production hardware for assigned projects
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience; OR 3 or more years of relevant work experience with a Master's degree
Prior experience in Program/Project Management
Prior experience working with cross-functional organizations (Program Office, Engineering, Manufacturing, Purchasing, Business Management, Field Operations, etc.)
Experience with Microsoft Office suite, Microsoft Project and SAP MRP (or similar) system
Ability to obtain a DoD Secret clearance
US Citizenship required
Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 8 years of relevant work experience; OR 6 or more years of relevant work experience with a Master's Degree
Prior experience in Program/Project Management
Prior experience working with cross-functional organizations (Program Office, Engineering, Manufacturing, Purchasing, Business Management, Field Operations, etc.)
Experience with Microsoft Office suite, Microsoft Project and SAP MRP (or similar) system
Ability to obtain a DoD Secret clearance
US Citizenship required

Experience with TRIDENT II Launcher Subsystem and Support Equipment
Experience with Model Based Engineering (MBE) and Model Based System Engineering (MBSE) processes
