Responsibilities
Ensuring RLPM (RTX Lifecycle Program Management) methodology for assigned project(s)
Receive minimal instruction on day-to-day work assignments. Plans schedules and arranges own activities in accomplishing objectives
Management of the team’s cost and schedule, including Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) development and maintenance and Earned Value Management (EVMS) techniques
Analyzing Monthly Earned value metrics and providing summary reports
Perform SAP / AO Report extractions, analysis, and reconciliation
Assist the Program Manager with scope analysis and Risk and Opportunity management
Qualification
Required
Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 8 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 5 years of experience
3+ years as a Cost Account Manager Preferred including presenting and managing quarterly directorate-level Estimate at Completes (EACs)
