Responsibilities
Develop robust automated firmware/software testing solutions using Python, ensuring high reliability and repeatability
Design, implement, and maintain scalable test automation frameworks that support complex hardware and software systems
Develop AI agents that automate test generation, prioritization, refinement, and anomaly detection
Drive AI-driven testing solutions by integrating next-gen automation tools to optimize coverage and efficiency and accelerate testing velocity
Integrate automation into CI/CD pipelines
Collaborate with system integration, software, and firmware engineers to develop automated test scripts
Perform firmware validation and regression testing on Energy Products
Qualification
Required
Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or equivalent experience
5+ years of experience in test automation and hardware/software validation
Strong understanding of core ML algorithms and emerging generative AI technologies
Hands-on experience in integrating AI/ML models into validation workflows
Proficiency in Python
Hands-on experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and test management tools
Electrical engineering fundamentals with hands-on experience with basic EE tools (scopes, power supplies, electronic loads)
Exceptional analytical problem-solving skills, able to identify and surface issues within complex hardware/software systems
Effective communicator and excellent attention to detail
