Responsibilities
Support production program activities, including interfacing with the production staff
Understand the system requirements, create and review reports, and streamline processes
Support the failure review board by writing new scripts in Matlab to run tests and analyze data in support of troubleshooting and driving root cause on failures
Work with cross-functional, multi-disciplined teams focused on developing cost-effective systems that meet the needs of customers
Mentor the next generation of protégés, present internally and externally, and lead test events
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering
Troubleshooting of Circuit Card Assemblies
Expert in writing and de-bugging MATLAB scripts
Ability to clearly document work and communicate effectively with peers, leadership team, and other functional disciplines
Excellent organizational & time management skills
Preferred
An active Secret clearance
Experience with Oracle
Experience troubleshooting Test Equipment in production or engineering environment
Familiarity with failure analysis activities, Failure Review Board process, to include ability to drive to root cause and the corrective actions for the failures being monitored
