Responsibilities
Manage documentation, summaries, reports, and correspondence
Coordinate scheduling, meetings, training, and operations across VA sites
Provide bi‑weekly updates and monthly status reports to CCPI
Maintain team communication across VA stakeholders
Support quality assurance, process improvements, and required reporting
Oversee training compliance and deliverable timelines
Qualification
Required
BA/BS degree
Minimum 3 years professional experience (medical/federal contracting preferred)
Experience managing contract performance and reporting
Strong project management, communication, and Microsoft 365 skills
All candidates must be able to: Sit, stand, walk, lift, squat, bend, twist, and reach above shoulders during the work shift
Lift up to 50 lbs from floor to waist
Lift up to 20 lbs
Carry up to 40 lbs a reasonable distance
Push/pull with 30 lbs of force
Preferred
Minimum 3 years professional experience (medical/federal contracting preferred)
Experience in healthcare or dental environments preferred
