Responsibilities

Plan, schedule, develop, review and submit proposals that effectively represent our strategy and baseline while limiting non-compliances and weaknesses
Collaborate with other team members to compile cost, schedule, and technical elements in accordance with request for proposal (RFP) requirements
Lead/support proposal activities of diverse and inclusive teams with high levels of engagement
Other duties as assigned

Required

Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of relevant professional experience in proposals – OR – Master's degree with 3+ years of relevant professional experience in proposals
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to use them in informing, presenting, negotiating and problem solving with a wide range of functions and people
Strong problem solving and analytical skills with the ability to make recommendations and provide guidance to effectively bring projects to completion
Research and analyze historical data as well as develop cost models to support proposal efforts
Experience reviewing, understanding, and responding to customer requests for proposal (RFPs)
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Microsoft Project
Requires an active Top-Secret/Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) clearance at time of application. US Citizenship is a prerequisite

Experience leading and working on proposal team(s)
Analytical and detail oriented with strong project management skills
Persistence and tenacity to meet deadlines in a challenging, multi-tasking environment
Ability to understand and apply established proposal processes
Experience building trusted relationships with capture and proposal teams
