PROGRAM MANAGER I

AeroTEC Inc. is a leader in the integration and testing of sustainable propulsion technologies in the aerospace industry. They are seeking a Program Manager I to lead the execution of small to mid-sized technical programs, coordinating engineering, manufacturing, certification, and test activities while ensuring customer satisfaction and program success.

Responsibilities

Lead execution of small to mid-sized programs across design, manufacturing, modification, certification, and test phases
Develop and maintain integrated master schedules (IMS), budgets, and resource plans
Establish and manage program baselines for scope, schedule, and cost
Monitor performance and implement corrective actions as needed
Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customers
Lead routine customer communications, program reviews, and status reporting
Build strong, professional customer relationships and resolve issues independently when possible
Align internal stakeholders and facilitate cross-functional collaboration
Track and manage program budgets, revenue, and cash flow
Prepare, review, and update Estimates at Completion (EACs)
Identify cost and schedule risks early and assist in the identification of, and implement, mitigation plans
Maintain and manage program risk and issue registers
Support or lead small to mid-sized proposal efforts, including scope, schedule, and cost inputs
Contribute to solution development by assessing trade-offs in cost, schedule, and resources

Required

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical field
3 + years of relevant program analysis, project coordination, or project management
2+ years in aerospace engineering environment
Working knowledge of aircraft certification, design, manufacturing, modification, test desired
Travel 25% (flying and driving) to various international and domestic worksites may be required
Driving personal vehicle for errands required. State driver's license and clean driving record required
This position must meet export control compliance requirements. To meet export control compliance requirements, a 'U.S. Person' as defined by 22 C.F.R. §120.15 is required. 'U.S. Person' includes U.S. Citizen, Lawful Permanent Resident, Refugee, or Asylee
