Responsibilities

Collaborate and Co-Own Customer Relationships Partner with Sales Account Orchestrators, Technical Account Managers, and Practice Engagement Managers to jointly manage named customer accounts and align on account strategy
Manage Solution Services Pipeline Maintain and update opportunities in Salesforce (SFDC) through all stages—Discovery, Scope Definition, Proposal, SOW development, contract negotiations, and closing. Ensure alignment with New Booked Order targets and address gaps proactively
Lead Proposal Orchestration Coordinate with SMEs across Business Units and Practice teams (LCS, MOM, Mendix, ECS, etc.) to develop Statements of Work, scope definitions, assumptions, work packages, schedules, resource roles, and effort estimates. Enter and maintain data in SISW systems (SFDC, Zimit, SDM)
Drive Commercial and Legal Processes Support PM30 Bid Approval, pricing discussions, and negotiations. Facilitate resolution of nonstandard terms with SISW Legal and Leadership. Use approved global templates and estimation methods
Ensure Smooth Handoffs and Engagement Document risks and assumptions during selling, and transition to Project Managers via PM80 handoff. Participate in Customer Project Reviews and maintain engagement during delivery
Travel Requirement Open to 25%–50% travel as needed for customer engagement and project orchestration

Required

10+ years in delivery and selling roles, including 3–5 years with SISW software (PLM and MOM: Teamcenter, NX, Opcenter, Mendix, Mentor)
Bachelor's in Computer Science, Engineering, Math, or related discipline—or equivalent experience
Ability to present to senior leadership, lead business discussions, and manage complex stakeholder dynamics with diplomacy
Proven success in orchestrating proposals with diverse, global teams and managing multiple priorities
High ethical standards aligned with Siemens values; organized, detail-oriented, and driven with a strong sense of urgency
Must reside in the U.S.; preference for candidates near primary customer sites (Fort Worth, TX; Palmdale, CA; Marietta, GA)
Qualified Applicants must be legally authorized for employment in the United States. Qualified Applicants will not require employer-sponsored work authorization now and in future employment in the United States

Preferred

Experience collaborating with customers in the Aerospace & Defense Industries is strongly preferred
