Responsibilities
Deliver design solutions across multiple touchpoints—from packaging to presentations to motion assets
Partner with the Art Director and copy team to develop cohesive, on-brand creative
Lead projects from concept through execution, maintaining high standards of design excellence
Present ideas clearly and persuasively to stakeholders and cross-functional partners
Stay on top of design trends and tools to bring fresh, innovative ideas to the team
Mentor and inspire junior designers while collaborating in a fast-paced, hybrid environment
Qualification
Required
5+ years of design experience across digital, print, and experiential work
Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and PowerPoint/Keynote
Strong typography, layout, and storytelling skills with the ability to influence and inspire
Experience juggling multiple projects, photo shoots and delivering under tight deadlines
A mindset that values collaboration, innovation, and creative problem-solving
