Represent the team on a number of initiatives, collaborating positively with a significant number of cross functional/Global
Develop proposals & make sound recommendations based on expertise & drive decisions/corrective actions to satisfy business requirements
They must be comfortable in creating good visual PowerPoint presentations with the ability to create flow charts and diagrams and have the ability to manage tasks within the project
Qualification
Required
2+ years experience working in a process development, project or relevant operational role desirable
Strong digital literacy a pre-requisite (Outlook/Excel/Word/PowerPoint)
Excellent communication, facilitation, presentation & documentation skills
Team oriented individual with a 'Can Do' attitude and a proven record of adaptability/flexibility
Proven ability to multi-task efficiently, prioritizing & executing tasks while adapting to shifting priorities, demands and timelines
Strong Self motivator with an eye towards continuous improvement
Strong interpersonal & management skills, able to confidently represent the team at a variety of levels
