Responsibilities
Define program goals, deliverables, schedules, and critical paths to manage multiple medium to high-complexity programs aligned with strategic objectives
Secure commitment from cross-functional teams and manage dependencies to ensure seamless program execution
Translate product requirements into technical designs and collaborate on system architecture for scalable, high-availability solutions
Monitor program progress, identify risks, and develop mitigation plans to maintain quality and timelines
Communicate program status, risks, and outcomes clearly to stakeholders and leadership
Drive process improvements and automation opportunities to enhance program efficiency
Establish and oversee launch and post-launch operational excellence frameworks
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, engineering, or related area and 5 years' experience in engineering, engineering program management, technical program management, product management, or related area
7 years' experience in engineering, engineering program management, technical program management, product management, or related area
Proven expertise in program management techniques, tools, and frameworks to lead medium to high-complexity initiatives
Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to align multiple teams and secure commitments
Proficiency in Agile methodology and software development life cycle processes
Excellent communication skills to convey complex technical information clearly and influence cross-functional teams
Experience in analyzing risks, managing budgets, and driving process improvements for program success
Technical knowledge of system design, cloud infrastructure, and technology solutions to support end-to-end delivery
Ability to identify synergies, optimize resources, and implement automation frameworks
Preferred
Certification in Project Management
Master's degree in Business Administration, with specialization in strategy, supply chain, finance, information systems, or related area and 3 years' experience in product design
Background in creating inclusive digital experiences, demonstrating knowledge in implementing Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 AA standards, assistive technologies, and integrating digital accessibility seamlessly
Knowledge of accessibility best practices and commitment to creating accessible products and services following Walmart's accessibility standards and guidelines for supporting an inclusive culture
