Executive Office

Responsibilities

Fractional C-suite leadership (CFO, COO, CMO, CRO, CHRO, CTO, CPO) for companies that need executive-caliber thinking without a full-time hire
Interim executive leadership during transitions, parental leaves, restructurings, or periods of rapid growth
Strategic advisory on operating model design, organizational restructuring, and workforce transformation
AI-accelerated project delivery: market analysis, financial modeling, go-to-market strategy, operational diagnostics, and more
Building and transferring capability—we don’t create dependency. We build the systems, train the teams, and hand over the keys

Required

15+ years of progressive leadership experience in your functional discipline, with meaningful time in senior or executive roles
Operator credibility: You haven't just advised on transformation—you've led it. You've managed teams, owned outcomes, made hard calls, and learned from what didn't work as much as from what did
Strategic range with executional depth: You can see the big picture and still build the spreadsheet. You are as comfortable in a board room as you are in a working session
AI fluency (or genuine curiosity): You don't need to be a technologist, but you should be actively exploring how AI tools accelerate your work. We believe AI is an accelerant for the independent executive, not a replacement
Intellectual humility: You are excited to share what you know—and equally willing to learn. You're comfortable making the client successful without needing the glory
A portfolio mindset: You are actively interested in building a portfolio approach to work in this phase of your career—serving multiple clients, choosing your engagements, and designing work that fits your life
