Responsibilities
Plan, coordinate, and track VMware virtualization projects from initiation to completion
Develop and maintain project plans, including charters, scope, work breakdown structures, estimates, resource plans, budgets, schedules, and risk management
Work with resource managers, technical staff, and business stakeholders to orchestrate project delivery
Define and manage overall project risks, taking corrective action to mitigate risks and prevent issues
Provide clear and timely communication regarding project status, schedule, budget, and risks to stakeholders
Follow project management methodologies and ensure adherence to defined processes
Drive continuous improvement of project processes and templates
Qualification
Required
3+ years of technical project management experience, preferably with VMware projects
Experience leading virtualization or infrastructure projects
Strong experience developing and maintaining project plans, budgets, and schedules
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
Preferred
PMP or Agile/SCRUM certification preferred
