Manager of Community Employment and Training

The Manager of Community Employment and Training will lead job development and placement initiatives, overseeing a program that connects individuals with disabilities to fulfilling careers.

Non-profit Organization Management

Responsibilities

Oversee all aspects of job development, including identifying employment opportunities, building partnerships with local businesses, and matching candidates with suitable roles
Collaborate closely with EIPD to align services, track progress, and maximize resources for program participants
Provide leadership and support to staff in the Raleigh, Henderson, and Jacksonville offices, including training, performance evaluations, and resource allocation
Utilize systems such as Encore and other platforms to document services, monitor outcomes, and ensure compliance with regulations
Offer ongoing coaching to support staff in their positions
Travel regularly between offices to facilitate program delivery, meetings, and site visits
Analyze program data to measure effectiveness, identify improvements, and report on key metrics to stakeholders

Required

Bachelor's degree in Rehabilitation Counseling, Social Work, Human Services, or a related field
Experience in vocational rehabilitation, job development, or employment services for individuals with disabilities
Proven expertise in providing direct services to diverse populations, with a strong track record of successful job placements
Proficiency in Encore and other relevant systems for case management and reporting
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation; willingness to travel frequently between Raleigh, Henderson, and Jacksonville offices
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to build relationships with clients, employers, and team members
Strong attention to detail, organizational abilities, and a supportive mindset focused on empowerment and independence
Deep commitment to advocating for individuals with disabilities and promoting inclusive employment practices

Preferred

Master's degree in Rehabilitation Counseling, Social Work, Human Services, or a related field
