Responsibilities

Lead and execute inventory management initiatives across multiple global Drug Substance Division sites
Define and maintain the division’s inventory strategy and operational roadmap
Partner with Finance to establish inventory targets, performance metrics, and governance processes
Drive global process standardization and implementation of inventory control best practices
Design and optimize inventory structures to support business growth and scalability
Lead cross-functional, multi-site improvement projects with measurable business impact
Collaborate closely with Supply Chain, Procurement, Commercial, and Finance teams
Support organizational change management and continuous improvement initiatives
Provide leadership and influence within matrixed, global organizations

Required

Advanced degree plus 6+ years of experience OR Bachelor's degree plus 8+ years of experience in Supply Chain or Operations Management
Experience in high-mix, low-volume manufacturing environments
Strong expertise in inventory control procedures and financial management
Demonstrated ability to lead cross-site and cross-functional improvement initiatives
Experience working with ERP systems
Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
Proven ability to build consensus and develop effective cross-functional partnerships
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Travel Requirement: Approximately 25%, domestic and international
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship, now or in the future
Must be able to pass a comprehensive background check, which includes a drug screening

Preferred

APICS certification and/or professional certifications in Project Management or Organizational Change Management
Leadership experience within matrixed organizations
Experience in organizational change management and process improvement
Detail-oriented project management capabilities
Experience working in global, multicultural environments
