Responsibilities
Analyze customer sales and purchasing trends to provide insights that influence pricing, forecasting, and commercial strategy
Manage Group Purchasing Organization (GPO) contracts, including calculation and payment of administrative fees, contractual compliance, and timely delivery of required reporting
Monitor and interpret key performance indicators (KPIs) across sales, customer behavior, and financial performance, delivering regular management reports with actionable recommendations
Lead or support projects focused on enhancing financial and controlling standards, documentation, and operational guidelines
Execute a variety of operational and project‑based tasks within the Offer‑to‑Order finance process, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely completion
Drive automation and digitalization efforts, identifying and implementing process improvements aimed at efficiency, accuracy, and scalability
Provide ad‑hoc sales reporting and financial analysis to internal stakeholders and external customers, ensuring clarity, quality, and responsiveness
Develop advanced Excel models (pivot tables, lookups, nested formulas, scenarios) to ensure precise financial calculations and to uncover profit‑improvement opportunities across customer and product segments
Create and maintain Power BI dashboards that deliver real‑time visibility into sales performance, margin trends, pricing accuracy, and GPO contract profitability
Use Excel‑based reconciliation tools to validate pricing, admin fee payments, and sales reporting, reducing errors and safeguarding revenue
Automate data quality checks in Excel and Power BI, ensuring leadership receives reliable, accurate financial insights
Build standardized reporting templates that reduce manual rework, improve accuracy, and enhance the speed and consistency of recurring financial deliverables
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree and 2 years of relevant experience
Analyze customer sales and purchasing trends to provide insights that influence pricing, forecasting, and commercial strategy
Manage Group Purchasing Organization (GPO) contracts, including calculation and payment of administrative fees, contractual compliance, and timely delivery of required reporting
