Responsibilities
Design and build business solutions using Power BI, Power Apps, and Power Automate
Develop and maintain databases using Access/VBA, SQL, and Quickbase
Model data architecture to support current operations and future growth
Create dashboards and data visualizations that communicate complex information clearly
Provide training and documentation to end users on new tools and dashboards
Build reports that provide actionable insights for decision-making
Perform data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities
Lead business analysis and requirements gathering sessions with stakeholders
Translate business requirements into technical specifications
Design user interfaces with strong attention to UI/UX principles
Communicate technical concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences
Qualification
Required
5+ years of experience in business analysis, data analytics, or related field
Proven experience implementing Power Platform solutions (Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate)
Proven proficiency in Access/VBA, SQL Quickbase or Power BI, Power Apps, and Power Automate
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or related field OR equivalent experience
Preferred
Data modeling and architecture experience
Report building and dashboard development
UI/UX design capabilities
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong problem-solving abilities
Effective time management and the ability to manage multiple priorities
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and collaboratively
Flexible and adaptable to changing business needs
