Oversee HVAC, plumbing, and fire-protection design on projects that test ingenuity and reward excellence
Champion BIM workflows, decarbonization strategies, and next-gen energy modeling
Represent SMA at industry events, strengthening a brand you'll soon help own
Qualification
Required
BSME/BSAE (MS a plus) and an active PE (PA or ability to obtain quickly)
10+ years designing complex building systems with 3+ years leading teams
Proven business-development chops and P&L savvy
Mastery of HVAC design software; Revit and commissioning expertise welcomed
A leadership style that blends rigor with genuine mentorship
