Responsibilities
Support content production by completing hands-on operational and data processing tasks
Help monitor content workflows to ensure files, records, and deliverables move through systems accurately
Assist with basic troubleshooting of content or system issues and escalate more complex problems when needed
Communicate with internal teams and vendors to resolve content-related questions or errors
Track and document issues, updates, and resolutions to help improve team processes
Help test workflows and verify data accuracy before content moves to the next production stage
Maintain clear documentation and follow established procedures to support consistent output
Support additional production and operational needs as assigned
Qualification
Required

Preferred
Basic coursework in content-related fields such as digital media, information science, archives, library studies, or digitization-focused programs
Basic familiarity with spreadsheets, databases, or simple SQL concepts
Experience with content operations, data entry, production support, or technical support (internships count)
Comfort working with multiple tools and internal systems
