Research Faculty I, 12 Month Salaried - Economic Liberty Branch (Institute for Governance and Civics)
Florida State University is seeking candidates for a Research Faculty position to lead the Economic Liberty branch of the Institute for Governance and Civics. The successful candidate will be responsible for data collection, policy analysis, and advising on grant writing while contributing to the mission of enhancing civic awareness.

Advising the Director in overseeing and implementing the goals of the Economic Liberty Branch
Assisting various PIs affiliated with the IGC in their grant and paper writing
Planning public meetings and conferences
Presenting research at conferences
Qualification
Required
Academic doctorate or highest-level terminal degree from an accredited institution in an appropriate field of specialization or equivalent qualifications based on professional experience and otherwise qualified to perform assigned duties
Preferred
Candidates whose research focuses on public economics are preferred, though candidates in other sub-fields will be considered
