Plant Facilities Engineer

Responsibilities
Collaborate with Operations, Maintenance, and Back-Office teams to support facility improvements
Create and review technical drawings, facilitating design enhancements and managing the change process effectively
Oversee contractor coordination and vendor support for construction and installation projects
Ensure all facility operations align with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards
Support troubleshooting and maintenance of mechanical, electrical, and automation systems
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across facility operations and documentation processes
Qualification
Required
5 or more years of proven experience in industrial maintenance, operations, or engineering within a power plant environment
Bachelor's or Master's degree with 3 or more years of experience, or 10 years of equivalent related work experience in lieu of a degree
Strong mechanical, electrical (LV, MV, and HV systems), and automation troubleshooting skills
Knowledge of power plant environmental emissions/discharge compliance and reporting
Familiarity with NERC regulations and reporting
Experienced with CMMS platforms and digital maintenance tools
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
A passion for innovation and a commitment to contributing to a high-performance team
Applicants must be legally authorized for employment in the United States without the need for current or future employer-sponsored work authorization
Preferred
Experience with Gas and Steam turbines used in power generation
Extensive experience with power plant processes and controls, specifically the Siemens Energy T3000 control system
