Event Coordinator
CFS is a prominent professional association in the financial industry seeking a highly organized Events Coordinator to help deliver a robust calendar of in-person and virtual programming. The role involves supporting the full lifecycle of programming across various events while collaborating with cross-functional teams to create impactful experiences.

Responsibilities
Coordinating logistics for both in-person and virtual events
Managing registration processes, attendance tracking, and attendee communication
Supporting internal and volunteer-led meetings, including scheduling, set-up, and on-site/virtual assistance
Updating event pages, registration platforms (Cvent), and promotional assets
Working closely with teams across Marketing, Membership, Media, Sponsorship, and Finance
Maintaining a comprehensive organization-wide events calendar
Assisting with event-related marketing efforts, including social media outreach
Ensuring all programs deliver a seamless, positive experience for attendees and members
Qualification
Required
2–4+ years of experience coordinating professional events (association, nonprofit, or financial industry experience a plus)
Strong project and time management skills; ability to juggle multiple priorities
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Cvent; familiarity with Salesforce or WordPress is helpful
Experience with social media and/or digital event marketing
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; customer-service mindset
Ability to support occasional early morning, evening, and weekend events
Bachelor's degree required
