Responsibilities

Design, build, and deploy production-grade generative AI systems used by enterprise customers

Own the full ML lifecycle: data preparation, model selection, training/fine-tuning, evaluation, deployment, and monitoring

Develop and optimize LLM-powered applications (e.g., retrieval-augmented generation, agents, copilots, workflow automation)

Implement scalable inference pipelines with strong performance, cost, and reliability guarantees

Collaborate with Product and Engineering to translate business needs into ML solutions

Establish best practices around model evaluation, observability, security, and governance

Troubleshoot and improve live ML systems based on real-world usage and feedback

Qualification

Machine LearningGenerative AIPythonML frameworksLLM architectures

Required

5+ years of experience in Machine Learning or Applied AI

Direct experience shipping an enterprise-grade GenAI product to production (customer-facing or internal)

Strong understanding of modern LLMs and GenAI architectures (e.g., RAG, fine-tuning, prompt engineering, agents)

Experience deploying ML systems in production environments (cloud-based, scalable systems)

Proficiency in Python and ML frameworks (e.g., PyTorch, TensorFlow, Hugging Face)
