Responsibilities
Cinematic video content showcasing high-end outdoor living projects
Short-form video for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and paid placements
Project transformations, walk-throughs, craftsmanship details, and process-driven storytelling
Authentic client and team features that elevate trust and credibility
A consistent, recognizable visual identity across all platforms
On-site at active builds capturing the story as it unfolds
Independently planning shots, moments, and narratives
Editing and delivering clean, intentional content aligned with brand standards
Collaborating directly with leadership on creative direction and content strategy
Curating and organizing a growing content library
Qualification
Required
High-level Content Creator / Videographer experience
Strong content portfolio and a refined visual eye
Understanding of modern short-form content and how to hook attention without losing quality
Comfort operating solo and making creative decisions
Appreciation for craftsmanship, design, and premium aesthetics
Ownership mentality, not micromanagement
Professional or high-level content creation experience
Proficiency in Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut, or similar
Comfort filming in outdoor, active job site environments
Preferred
Drone experience
FAA Part 107 certification
