Responsibilities
Drive end-to-end program management for Delivery Presentation initiatives, including planning, execution, dependency management, and delivery tracking across multiple engineering teams
Partner closely with Delivery Presentation engineering and product leaders to drive alignment on priorities, milestones, and success metrics
Proactively identify risks, gaps, and tradeoffs, and drive timely decision-making to keep programs on track
Lead cross-functional execution forums to ensure alignment, accountability, and consistent progress against commitments
Support delivery of engineering initiatives by coordinating stakeholders, tracking progress, and enabling predictable execution
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Business Administration
5+ years of experience in program management or a similar role
Proven project management skills, including planning, scheduling, and budgeting
Excellent communication in English and interpersonal skills
Experience with process management and improvement methodologies
Preferred
Degree in Engineering or Business Administration
Experience in the relevant engineering industry or domain
Experience leading process improvement initiatives
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Technical background and understanding of engineering processes
