Responsibilities
Process all invoices and purchase orders for shop materials, equipment and vehicles
Maintain shop inventory
Process all repair orders in a timely manner
Handle all expense records for installations, containers and rolling stock
Answer telephone calls in a courteous and businesslike manner
Assist with Accounts Payable
Perform other job-related duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
Knowledge of basic computer skills required
Organization and data entry skills
Preferred
Familiarity with JD Edwards AS400 systems desired
Proficient with I-PAK and/or TMW systems
