Responsibilities
Process full-cycle payroll accurately and on time, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations
Maintain and audit payroll records, including wages, deductions, benefits, and tax filings
Respond to payroll-related inquiries and resolve discrepancies in a timely and professional manner
Collaborate with HR and finance teams on employee changes, benefits, and reporting
Ensure confidentiality and integrity of all payroll and employee data
Qualification
Required
Proven experience as a Payroll Administrator or in a similar payroll-focused role
High attention to detail with excellent organizational and time-management skills
