I&E Turnaround Planner

Kelly is currently seeking an I&E Turnaround Planner in Orange, Texas. The I&E TA Planner creates job packages to ensure the safe, effective and efficient execution of work, requiring advanced skills in various processes and procedures. This role involves optimizing work plans, preparing job packages, and serving as a technical resource during procedure creation and review.

Staffing & Recruiting

Responsibilities

Uses feedback from the person doing the work to optimize the work plans
Review work orders for technical completeness and return work orders to gatekeeper, if not complete
Carries out field checks, when needed
Prepares job package and inputs plan into Global Engineering and Maintenance Tracking System (GEMTS) indicating the required resources, materials, and services
Identifies task activities necessary to execute job plan and identifies materials, tools and equipment required to perform tasks
Identifies solicits safety information and requirements necessary to safely perform tasks
Supports Maintenance Procedure Use Policy by ensuring all job packages include a procedure or the task is on the Procedure Exemption list before the job package is released. Checks that all Maintenance Procedures include a hazard assessment
Serves as a technical resource during procedure creation and review, as needed. Creates, develops, changes, updates job procedures and checklists, and initiates procedure Management of Change (MOC), as required

Required

Associate's degree (Short-Cycle Tertiary) in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience in maintenance, manufacturing, or related areas
In lieu of a degree, an equivalent number of years of hands-on experience is required
Instrumentation and Electrical (I&E) experience is mandatory

Preferred

2–5 years of relevant experience preferred
