Responsibilities
Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership on all things HR
Help build and maintain a growing team with a healthy culture
Deal respectfully with employees at every level of the company
Navigate through complex employee relations issues
Interview, vet out, hire and onboard individuals who embrace and support core values
Work well with others, both internally and externally, and model healthy teamwork
Willingness to travel to other company locations in the 8-state region
Qualification
Required
Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in Human Resources
Bachelor's degree in HR, or related field of study
Experience serving as a trusted advisor to senior leadership on all things HR in a for-profit company
Steady, firm and compassionate leadership
Excellent communication, analytical and problem-solving skills
Proven experience helping to build and maintain a growing team, with a healthy and consistent culture
Solid understanding and use of an HRIS, ATS, and both Microsoft and Google Suites
Able to deal respectfully with employees at every level of the company
Proven ability to deal with and navigate through complex employee relations issues
Proven ability to interview, vet out, hire and onboard individuals who embrace and support core values
Humble, hungry and smart
Able to work well with others, both internally and externally
Willingness to travel to other company locations in the 8-state region where we operate
Excited about HR and Solar Energy
Desire to continuously learn and build your knowledge and skills, in both HR and the solar industry
