Responsibilities

Perform routine FMT and clean production laboratory tasks
Follow SOPs and maintain a clean, organized lab environment
Operate lab equipment and assist with routine maintenance
Assist with donor sample handling and testing schedules
Accurately document procedures, results, and equipment usage
Follow all biosafety and PPE requirements
Identify and report risks or deviations
Support team projects and continuous improvement initiatives

Required

High school diploma or equivalent
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Comfort handling biological materials and lab equipment
Ability to follow strict biosafety protocols
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
Willingness to learn and adapt in a startup environment

Preferred

Experience in a veterinary clinic or animal health setting
Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Animal Health, Microbiology, or a related field
Familiarity with Google Workspace and basic lab data systems
