Responsibilities
Provide exceptional customer service at all times
Sell tickets at the windows in a quick and efficient manner for future games and day of game
Excellent oral communication with fans
Resolve fan issues – Fan Accommodation / Customer Service areas
Accurately balance and provide paperwork for daily sales batch and deposit
Assist in exchanging accessible seating and rescheduled games
Answer 303-ROCKIES calls when assigned
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent is required
Applicants must be at least 18 years of age
Provide exceptional customer service at all times
Sell tickets at the windows in a quick and efficient manner for future games and day of game
Excellent oral communication with fans
Resolve fan issues – Fan Accommodation / Customer Service areas
Accurately balance and provide paperwork for daily sales batch and deposit
Assist in exchanging accessible seating and rescheduled games
Answer 303-ROCKIES calls when assigned
Proficiency using computers is essential
The ability to work evenings and weekends is required
Required to work the 90-point minimum for the season (roughly 30 games)
Must be friendly, enjoy working with the public and convey a professional image and demeanor
Excellent oral communication skills required
Strong ability to work well with co-workers and supervisors in a fast-paced team environment is required
Must be able to login into Archtics and be able to sell tickets
Proficiency using the Ballpark and Ticketmaster Apps required
Preferred
Previous ticketing experience and familiarity with Ticketmaster is helpful, although not required
Prior sales and/or customer service experience, as well as cash handling experience, is strongly preferred
Bi-lingual applicants, especially those with Spanish are encouraged to apply
