Responsibilities

Required

Strong technical knowledge and hands-on experience in building systems, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical maintenance

Proven ability to develop and implement preventive maintenance programs and address emergency repairs promptly
Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills to ensure operational efficiency and guest satisfaction
Understanding of safety protocols, regulatory compliance, and cost control measures
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or a technical degree is a plus

Preferred

Relevant certifications or licenses in areas such as HVAC, electrical, or plumbing are preferred
Previous experience in a hospitality or facilities management environment is an advantage
