Responsibilities
Prepare all correspondence for the Surety dept
Assist the team in achieving growth and retention by providing timely, accurate and professional service to all customers
Assist underwriters in gathering basic information needed for execution of Bonds
Maintaining all files and keeping an adequate supply of forms, such as Power of Attorney, Execution Reports and Bond Forms
Qualification
Required
2 years customer service experience (preferably in an office setting)
Proficiency with Microsoft Office products (Word and Excel)
Property & Casualty insurance license (or ability to obtain within 90 days)
Legal work authorization to work in the U.S. on a permanent and ongoing basis without the need for sponsorship now or in the future
