Responsibilities
Managing the full-cycle recruitment process for collections-related roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring candidates
Partnering with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and role requirements
Sourcing candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, referrals, and networking
Conducting initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit
Maintaining and updating applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment dashboards
Ensuring a positive candidate experience through timely communication and feedback
Collaborating with HR and department leads to support onboarding and workforce planning
Staying informed on industry trends, labor market conditions, and competitor hiring strategies
Qualification
Required
At least 3 years of recruiting experience, preferably in collections or sales
Strong understanding of collections roles, terminology, and compliance requirements
Experience with ATS platforms (such as Workday, Greenhouse, iCIMS)
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage multiple requisitions and prioritize tasks effectively
Experience recruiting for high-turnover, high-volume roles and comfortable with a fast-paced environment
Excel at stakeholder management and thrive in situations that require frequent communication
