Territory Sales Manager
Praxt Talent is focused on mobile office and storage solutions, and they are seeking a Territory Sales Manager to generate new business. The role involves managing outbound prospecting, inbound lead conversion, and active pipeline development primarily through phone communication and customer site visits.
Responsibilities
Build Pipeline: Identify high-potential leads and prioritize outbound outreach across industry verticals with repeat needs for temporary space or containerized storage
Close Deals: Qualify and convert inbound interest and marketing-driven leads into paying customers. Prepare quotes, negotiate pricing, and align contract terms with both profitability and customer requirements
Customer Retention: Maintain relationships through regular follow-up, timely service coordination, and by acting as the primary point of contact for consultative solution selling
Sales Intelligence: Track activity and performance metrics using Salesforce. Stay current on competitor offerings, industry pricing trends, and construction/project site activity in your assigned region
Team Alignment: Partner closely with operations, delivery, and customer support to ensure smooth fulfillment and repeat business
Qualification
Required
At least 1 year of experience in outbound prospecting, or internal promotion from similar operational or sales support function
Clear, confident communication across email, phone, and video (MS Teams/Zoom)
CRM proficiency (Salesforce preferred) and comfort with Microsoft Office tools
Comfortable in high-volume, transactional selling environments
Experience with leasing or rentals is helpful but not essential
A consultative mindset is more important than prior industry knowledge
