Responsibilities

Conduct face-to-face and virtual coaching sessions in the following areas:
Onboarding: Support new hire enablement and coaching for sales team members to ensure they are equipped with the skills and knowledge needed for success
Territory and Account Planning: Provide guidance in the development of territory, building pipeline and crafting and executing detailed account plans to foster strong relationships, enhance customer engagement, and drive growth
Opportunity Management: Offer coaching focused on opportunity and pipeline progression by helping sales teams identify challenges/risk early in the sales process, uncover upsell opportunities within existing accounts, and develop strategies for closing deals effectively

Required

6 to 10+ years of experience
Ability to read, write, and speak English
Customer-centric focus and sales empathy, driving behavioral change and action through influence without authority
Collaborative problem-solving to create a sense of solution and ownership
Ability to engage interactively and effectively through self-awareness, active listening, dynamic questioning, and managing objections
Leverage industry knowledge and experience to differentiate and develop messaging that demonstrates value within accounts and opportunities
Agile, self-starter focused on ongoing alignment and delivering business value to drive outcomes
Comfortably navigate organizational dynamics, engaging with various levels within the organization
Manage scheduling, tracking and reporting of coaching engagements to showcase measurable business outcomes, success stories, and testimonials

Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
