Summer Intern - Viral Vector Process Development, Upstream

Responsibilities
Develop and complete a process development project designed for the internship
Execute laboratory studies to evaluate novel technologies to improve existing processes and establish manufacturing platforms
Support the design of experiments, data analysis and result interpretation
Collaborate effectively with process development and analytical development teams
Generate high quality results and maintain high quality documentations (paper and/or e-notebooks)
Participate in group discussions, attend department and laboratory related meetings
Qualification
Required
Rising junior or senior bachelors degree student in cell biology, chemical engineering, biochemical engineering, bioengineering, biochemistry, biological sciences, or relevant field of study
Graduate program student in related discipline
0-2 years of related experience
Good organizational and time management skills, with strong attention to detail
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Read, write and speak English fluently
