Provide advanced administrative support to the Office of Clinical Affairs and the depts they oversee
Work independently and exercise initiative, independent judgment and discretion in arranging meetings and maintaining appointment schedules
Take patient concerns, dispose of requests for information and participate in working groups and committees
Interact with students, faculty, patients, staff including liaising with members of the Office of Clinical Affairs
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree with 5-8 years of relevant experience preferred
Must have strong written and communication skills
Must be a self-starter and a proactive individual capable of managing processes
Using good judgment and have exceptional organizational, time management, and communication skills
The individual must exercise initiative, independent judgment and discretion in this role
