The Director of Growth Marketing will drive sustainable growth through data-driven marketing, focusing on paid acquisition performance and full-funnel optimization to increase access to affordable healthcare.

Responsibilities
Serve members, prospective members, and internal teams by driving sustainable growth through data-driven marketing
Be responsible for paid acquisition performance, full-funnel optimization, and marketing efficiency
Directly impact Redirect Health’s mission by increasing access to healthcare while improving cost transparency and ROI
Own: Paid acquisition strategy across Meta, Google, and emerging platforms, managing a ~$100K/month budget
Support: Full-funnel growth initiatives across traffic, conversion, nurture, and sales enablement
Collaborate with: Product, Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing Operations to ensure aligned messaging and accurate attribution
Improve: Visibility into CAC, LTV, ROAS, and funnel performance through clear, actionable dashboards
Advocate for: A data-driven, customer-first approach that balances growth, efficiency, and long-term value
Making data approachable and actionable for stakeholders
Testing, learning, and iterating quickly while staying focused on outcomes
Consistently delivering measurable growth and ROI
Improved CAC/LTV clarity and performance
Increased qualified lead volume and conversion rates
Leadership confidence in dashboards and reporting
Strong cross-functional collaboration and reduced reliance on external agencies
Qualification
Required
7+ years of experience in performance marketing, growth, or demand generation
Proven success scaling paid acquisition at $100K+/month spend
Expertise with Meta and Google Ads, funnel analytics, and marketing automation
Deep understanding of attribution, ROAS modeling, and data-driven decision-making
Experience leading cross-functional teams and collaborating across departments
Strong communication, analytical, and leadership skills
Preferred
B2C or B2B2C experience preferred
HubSpot preferred
Experience in healthcare, insurance, or subscription models is a plus
