Responsibilities
Campaign Operations & Optimization: Assist in setting up Google Search and Display ads, conducting target keyword research, and crafting compelling ad copy to drive engagement
Budget Management & Monitoring: Monitor daily ad spend and track CPC fluctuations. Prevent budget leakage by identifying and implementing negative keyword filters to ensure cost-efficient performance
Data Organization & Reporting: Track and record conversion data (Leads/Sales) by campaign. Prepare foundational performance reports and analyze key metrics to support data-driven decision-making
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
Relevant experience in Marketing
Preferred
Proven experience in designing and executing A/B tests for ad creatives and landing pages to drive measurable performance improvements
Advanced proficiency in managing Performance Max (PMax) campaigns and implementing automated bidding strategies to maximize ROAS
Solid understanding of conversion tracking setup via GA4 and Google Tag Manager (GTM); Google Ads Certification is highly preferred
