Responsibilities
Provide leadership, direction, and guidance for the existing team
Establishing and develop the team capacity needed to execute on strategic projects
Mentor and develop junior engineers to senior levels
Lead a key part of a geographically distributed organization
Deliver projects on-time with high quality
Work in multiple technology areas and switch gears based on business needs
Oversee operational reviews and take appropriate actions to help make our systems meet standards
Get involved in sprint planning and lead your team to reaching sprint commitments
Work with leadership, senior engineers, program managers, and product managers to develop compelling products and services that meet customer needs
Provide constructive feedback to team members and other stakeholders
Raise the bar for product quality and customer experience
Qualification
Required

Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
